Fabulous experience
Steven Khawam was the agent for the house we purchased in Guilford. From our very first meeting, my husband and I found Steven extremely professional and he maintained a strong moral compass throughout the whole process. It was clear he had the vendor's best interest at hand, however, this did not stop him from being extremely helpful, transparent and reliable. Steven was prompt in replying to my many messages, at any time of the day. This led to an outcome we were very happy with. I feel Steven is passionate about his line of work and will effortlessly go above and beyond for both the vendor and the potential buyer. Joseph was very easy to deal with. He was very professional in is approach . He had a wealth of knowledge about our area. He never put any pressure on us to sell. Simply the Best
Joseph has a great energy and as a seller you want someone who buyers will feel comfortable talking to also. We had constant communication through the sale process which helped ease my anxiety as a first time seller greatly. He was over at the unit every chance to take someone through and we had every faith that if anyone was going to sell it for us then it would be him. There was never a moment where I second guessed my decision and it paid off, in the end we got a great result which we are so thankful for.
