This is the 2nd property Michael has helped us sell. Once again a great experience. This time we sold via auction. Michael was so helpful in coaching us through the entire process. He paid particular attention to the nerves we were feeling and helped us manage through this. As like before Michael's communication was great getting daily updates and detailed reports after every inspection.
