Rhiff was actually a breath of fresh air as far as real estate agents go. I’d been looking for about 8 months so I’d had some experience by this time. He was relaxed , calm, not pushy or desperate, and actually listened carefully to my questions about the property and what and why I was looking to buy. Given agents are generally representing the vendor this was a nice change and believe it or not fairly rare from a buyers point of view. He was also great at returning my emails and messages and seemed to have a good relationship with the owner also which made things easier when there were more specific questions she could answer. From the first phone call from Michael he was all action and no over talking !! He made certain recommendations to us, which we followed through and we now can see, was the difference between sale and no sale. He kept us informed after each open house and followed through, with comprehensive data and emails. He reassured us to stay focused and not to panick or overthink people's reactions to their viewings. He was just so calm, extremely honest and open about the process and our expectations which is the only reason we coped as well as we did, in view of the fact that we were interstate. He helped my 94 year old mother navigate a very emotional time for her and his brilliant result has enabled her to move interstate and be able to live the rest of her life, in very secure and comfortable accommodation.
