Paul Leydin made our sale as stress free as possible, communicated very regularly throughout the campaign-and certainly worked hard as the auctioneer to extract the maximum last little bit--we were very happy with the sale result to say the least. His dealing with our tenant (who was in the process of moving on prior to the sale-as their lease had finished )was so positive that they actually gave him a huge rap too!
