I'm so glad I had someone I trusted to sell my house. It is my first house that I sold so I had a million questions and Lois always spent the time to answer them. She was prompt when calling or emailing back and was very reassuring. Lois is honest and easy to communicate with. I felt comfortable telling her my feelings and worries. Lois estimated my house accurately and it sold within days. She was able to negotiate well to get the price we wanted. My husband and I feel very lucky that it went so smoothly and sold so quickly. Lois did open inspections and private ones. She took calls after hours and was always available. The marketing was a good price and the photos were amazing.
