We chose Lois as our selling agent because we had previous contact with her during our years in Lennox and we believed Lois to be reliable and trustworthy. We found Lois to be much more than that. She is hard working, professional and excellent in communicating. Lois has integrity, without the gimmicks, add-ons and smooth talk. Lois also continued to help us after the sale had gone through. We are very happy to have had Lois as our agent and thoroughly recommend her services.

Dylan is such a friendly and personable agent and is really easy to get along with. I felt I could trust him and that he really cared about selling my home and giving me a great outcome. My house sold within days and it was such a smooth transaction. The marketing was a good price and looked amazing. He allowed me to be apart of the marketing process, making sure I was happy with everything before publishing. He is very easy to communicate with and always returns calls and emails quickly. He contacted me after inspections to give me feedback and I really appreciated being kept up to date. It reduced my worries and stress being able to ask questions and to get quick replies. Dylan even went out of his way to help me with some data for the new house I was looking at buying. I'm so grateful I chose Dylan and Lois.

I'm so glad I had someone I trusted to sell my house. It is my first house that I sold so I had a million questions and Lois always spent the time to answer them. She was prompt when calling or emailing back and was very reassuring. Lois is honest and easy to communicate with. I felt comfortable telling her my feelings and worries. Lois estimated my house accurately and it sold within days. She was able to negotiate well to get the price we wanted. My husband and I feel very lucky that it went so smoothly and sold so quickly. Lois did open inspections and private ones. She took calls after hours and was always available. The marketing was a good price and the photos were amazing. Lois is very attentive, trustworthy and just a good agent! Thankyou Lois!
