The purchase of my sons unit in Lismore was complicated by the fact that his money was being managed by a trustee. This meant that there were many conditions to be met for the sale to go ahead. The sale process was drawn out over a couple of months and communications between all parties were expertly managed by Lois. A number of visits to the property were required for various reports and Lois was readily available whenever required. At no time did I feel any undue pressure or impatience over the slowness of the sale and Lois was able to keep the vendor calm and confident that things would eventually settle. This was the perfect property for my sons needs so we're immensely grateful to Lois and Dylan for making this purchase possible.
