As a buyer, Adrian is one of those agents whose radar you really need to be on. We had told him what we were looking for and trusted he’d call us when it came up, and as promised, he did. Impeccable memory for people and their needs and knows who to target on his database when he lists a new property for sale. We have bought and sold with Adrian before, so we know there are no bargains with him, but his service is worth the premium price to save the hassle of having to trawl through a million properties yourself and dealing with other agents that can’t remember your name, let alone your list of requirements.
