We first met Michael back in 2013 when we bought our beautiful home in Glenhaven from Louis Carr Real Estate. Michael was excellent to deal with, he was honest, attentive and made us feel very comfortable with the process of buying a home. When we decided 10 years later it was time to downsize we called Michael and he made a time to drop in for a chat. He gave us some great advice and tips to get our house ready for sale. We were really unsure if it was a good time to sell. Michael was so patient and understanding of how we were feeling and we never felt pressured. We had an idea of the price we wanted and Michael agreed that it was achievable and so we decided to put it on the market. We had a few open homes and finally an offer. It was below what we wanted and Michael encouraged us to wait as he said it was early days. We took his advice and after lots of negotiations Michael got us the price we wanted. We highly recommend Michael and his team at Louis Carr, they know the Hills area better than anyone and have a great reputation.
