Puts in the effort + energy to make it happen
Adrian and Dean of Louis Carr worked with us to buy our new home, and thereafter to sell our old home. We valued their experience and advice They were both highly efficient, professional and kept us updated throughout the process. It was a great experience working with them and I would certainly recommend them.

Michael was able to engage a prospective purchaser and keep them interested until they made an acceptable offer. In an ever changing market with unpredictability abound, I think we landed at a reasonable sale price.

I wished to sincerely thank Paul Woodford for his exceptional service and communication over the course of the sale of the family home. I found Paul presented and backed up on his very personable approach and provided clear explanation and direction in assisting us in our decision making throughout the sales campaign. Paul’s engagement with the choices we had to make in preparation of the house, with the potential purchases and the strategy given the changes in the market, press releases and interest rates changes being flagged were presented clearly and were critical to the sale price achieved at auction.
