Dynamic Agent who works hard to get results
Adrian is enthusiastic, energetic and excited by the challenge of each property he lists. He has a knack of working with the Vendor and the potential purchases and is able to develop trust on both sides. He responses and communicates instantly to any questions or concerns and kept me fully updated with a written report after each open house and inspection. A four-week auction campaign, during difficult times, worked well for me and although I am sad to be leaving our family home after 30 years I am packing and heading for my next adventure of downsizing. I wish the incoming family years of love and joy in 'Glendale'. I would recommend Adrian to any other Vendors if they want a no- nonsense and quick sale with good results.

Efficient effective
Worked with Michael and his team when we sold our house, he came in and within 2 days we signed the agency agreement and within 2 weeks property is listed and sold in another 2 weeks. And price is good too. We are happy with the result! Michael is the type of person who gets work done, he’s able to arrange the full list of contractors for us to get the property ready within a week or so.

Couldn't be happier!
Selling off-market is not something we had previously considered, but circumstances necessitated it and Adrian was absolutely instrumental in ensuring we secured a buyer quickly, seamlessly and for the price we were after. I, like everybody else, struggle to trust real estate agents but when Adrian said, "Trust me, I've got this," he truly meant it. He absolutely delivered on what he promised, in the time he promised, and at the price he promised! Without ever advertising the property, he utilised his network to find us a buyer, and in doing so, saved us time, marketing and stress when we needed to sell quickly. For this, we will be forever grateful. I always thought 'under promise and over deliver' was a good mantra in business. Adrian smashes through that - he isn't afraid to back himself and he 100% delivers on what he says!
