Gave great advice at our initial meeting regarding preparing the house for sale eg what things to spend some money on that would have a return and what not to at risk of over capitalizing. Once we listed he was in constant contact and always available to us - out of hours and on weekends did not matter. And of top of all this managed to sell the property within a week of listing for a great price! Wouldn't look elsewhere if we ever needed someone in the area!
