Wow! Wow! Wow!
I've always been a bit sceptical about what a Real Estate Agent says and promises just to get your business. This time I was very surprised. Michael Roberts delivered. He gave us his price range for our house, told us his strategy for marketing, supported us through the nerve racking run up to the launch. 3 days in and we were sold within the price range he gave us! Quick Sale
From our brief dealings with Andrew (sold quicker than expected), we found him to have the following traits; * Honest - right from the start we knew . * Communication - was constant, always updating us on potentials/offers. * Area Knowledge - knew all the relevant sales in the area. * Speed - Sold within 3 days.
