Managed to get a good price for our home in a cooling market. We are happy with the result and feel lucky to have sold our home that has lower ceiling height in some bedrooms. This was not an easy home to sell. When other homes are being removed from the market as they are not selling our home sold. Fantastic result. We are able to move on and look for a new home.
