SOLID agent

When I mentioned to my family and friends that I was looking to sell my house, I got a handful of referrals. It seems like everyone "Knows a guy". But it was my son-in-law who mentioned Michael Roberts. When I phoned Michael Roberts he was down to earth and very approachable. He was patient and since I was in the family home for 26 years I was unsure what to expect however patiently he explained everything I asked in as much detail as I required. Michael and Brooke, his Senior Sales Assistant, returned all my phone calls and emails the same day and made sure I completed everything that I needed to. Micheal also helped getting my house to the best possible standard through recommendations for paver and window cleaning services. I highly recommend working with Micheal and his team, and I would not hesitate to work with him again. Michael Roberts recently sold our home for us and we couldn’t have been happier with the service we were given. When we first decided to sell he visited us in our home and walked us through the sale process, happily answering any questions we had. The ‘Open Homes’ were regular and at a time that suited our routine and each ‘Open’ was followed up with a call from Michael or one of his senior sales team with a recount of the number of groups through our house and what their thoughts were on our property.
