He had all aspects of selling a home under control in regards to tips for selling and recommendations for getting the house ready like legal firms to use, stylists, photographers and reports to order. Greg and Jess were very well prepared with all market insights. They advised us timely with the ongoings of the viewings and Greg in particular, was very quick in getting quotes and repair work from painting, garden cleanup, rubbish removal, styling, marketing etc.. so much so that the property was up on the market in a week. It was a tremendous job and Greg kept us updated every step and nothing was too much for him. Even in a dicey market, thanks to Greg and Jess we got a very good sale price in 3 weeks time and could not be any happier. Thanks a ton both of you and I cannot recommend you enough!!!
