Greg and Jess were very well prepared with all market insights. They advised us timely with the ongoings of the viewings and Greg in particular, was very quick in getting quotes and repair work from painting, garden cleanup, rubbish removal, styling, marketing etc.. so much so that the property was up on the market in a week. It was a tremendous job and Greg kept us updated every step and nothing was too much for him. Even in a dicey market, thanks to Greg and Jess we got a very good sale price in 3 weeks time and could not be any happier. Thanks a ton both of you and I cannot recommend you enough!!!

I would like to review Greg Nicolson at the Louis Carr Real Estate at Cherrybrook after they sold my home at Cherrybrook. I had great help with all the team to have my home ready for sale, as I only decided before Christmas to sell my home in middle of January. They recommended The Styling House to style my home and they were right on the mark. They were very proactive and professional in organising inspections and I only had one open house. After the open home I was promptly advised of an offer and the buyer wanted a second inspection on the Monday after that inspection an offer was made that I could not refuse. The market went down very quickly in our suburb from the time we thought of listing and formal listing. Greg is the best guy to have in your corner in tough market situations. He was the steady hand on the rudder and got the sale done. They are simply the best when it comes to Cherrybrook and neighboring suburbs. Despite having the highest volume of listings and sales they were always available and very detailed during the entire process. Most agents can get a sale done in conducive market conditions. Tough market conditions are the biggest differentiator between the best and the rest.
