While I am writing this review I still can't believe my house was sold 255k above my reserve price under the hammer on last Saturday! I don't know how I could express my gratitude and sincere thanks to Jessica Campbell and Greg Nicolson for doing such a superb job. I first met Jessica 8 years ago when she tried to help me finding my home at Cherrybrook. She is a person you will like from the first impression due to her smile, her lovely personality and enthusiasm. When we're overseas she has kept me updated about the property market through emails during the last several years. When I considered to sell, she provided me a comprehensive market analysis and an objective market estimation. She suggested me the better result could be achieved through the renovation especially for my house rented out for many years. It is not an easy process selling your house, even in a bouyant market, but Greg Nicolson and his team at Louis Carr Cherrybrook did a superb job in helping me prepare the house to get the right price. Within a week he had a prospective buyer. His negotiating skills then gave us a better price than we had expected and the contract was signed. Greg is outstanding in terms of his sales skills, persona and personality. We had a couple of other agencies attempt to sell our property but they struggled to attain even a single solid offer for the property at the price that was requested. They had it for multiple weeks and we had to waste so much time with open houses. However as soon as Greg had our property, we were confident that the property would sell as his charisma and ability to sell was there for all to see. He managed to sell the property at the price we wanted after just the very first open house. He attained multiple offers when others could not even attain one. Greg did an outstanding job from telling us how he wanted the house setup for the photographs to be loaded on the web to the open house that he conducted.
