We had known Jessica and Louis Carr for some years. It was Jessica's keeping us informed during that period that was the main reason for choosing the Agency and the Agent. Jessica did a great job of quickly listing the property in line with our requests. Hers and Greg's recommendations in relation to de-clutter and presentation were taken on board and acted on. A short sharp campaign (appropriate to where the market was at that precise time) was conducted and was successful.
