Greg and Jessica listened to us and provided useful, timely advice that did not overwhelm. They we never pushy and kept an ‘unobtrusive, benevolent’ eye on us. They made the whole sales process painless. We were extremely impressed with them. We began the journey with little or no idea of what we were getting into. We had lived in our Cherrybrook house for 25 years, decided to sell and contacted Louis Carr. Greg and Jessica gave us good advice on the market, possible sale price and their costs, and said ‘de-clutter’. Three months of hard work for us. They came by every few weeks to monitor progress, to see that we were serious, to give suggestions on the next steps. They provided invaluable contacts for tradies, etc. It was not until we were ready to sell that they asked us to sign with them. We decided to trust them and let them sell the house for us.
