Nothing is too much trouble for them and they work long hours to ensure that as a buyer or seller you are comfortable with the processes involved in buying/selling.They help you present your home so that it has the best appeal to buyers.They negotiate the purchase price honestly and communicate frequently throughout this process. Prior to signing up with Louis /Carr, both Jess and Greg were constantly keeping me well informed of the current market and properties that were open for inspection and sold in the area. This also gave me insight on how Greg and Jess handled all enquires for potential buyers at the open homes, which made me feel very confident that they would have my best interest as a vendor at heart.
