Jennifer and Will were very friendly and helpful. but it was a bit rush since many things happened at same time-Brian went to hospital on 8/11/24; bought a new unit and the deadline is 14/06 and we spent over one month and S$50 K to do renovation. It create a lot of headache to us. The settlement time 12 weeks is quite long.

Jenny and Will were referred to us as this was a deceased estate house sale and both executors were from interstate or overseas. We did not know the Sydney market and were directed to them. From the moment we met Jen and Will it was clear she was highly competent and made us feel at ease with her selling the property. The house needed a lot of work to be ready for sale and with both of us being interstate or overseas, Jenny took the responsibility of arranging all trades people and carpet and flooring etc. She arranged the styling also. We could not have done it ourselves and the end result was breath-taking. The house was almost unrecognisable. Whilst sprucing the house up for sale was in her best interests as well to maximise sale price, I got the feeling she actually cared and had a passion for renovating the house more than merely a means to an end. Selling a house can be a pain but Jenny, Will and her team made it as painless as possible and were highly professional and went above and beyond. Well done and thank you very much for what you and your team has done and the excellent price you obtained.

We were impressed with the video description that was prepared for the sale. It created a picture of our home that we thought would be attractive to someone as a prospective buyer. There was always a concerted effort to keep us informed of developments as the sales process moved along. We thought we were dealt with honestly even when subjects that were not entirely to our liking. We respected that. We were not privy to the details of the negotiations held with the purchaser, but we were happy with the outcome. Therefore, we did not need to be a witness to what was said. We were very happy to have a settlement time of 20 weeks as we have to find our new home. By and large we felt that we were part of the decision making required through the selling journey. Our comments applied to William Carr as well. There were no delays in the final exchanges of contracts between us the purchaser. The system used was very effective.
