Our experience of selling our home through Louis Carr Real Estate (West Pennant Hills) was extraordinary. I listened to their advice to start with an off market attempt as they had serious buyers. This advice saved me at least $5000 marketing fee because they sold my townhouse at a record price with one inspection and one buyer. It took only 4 weeks to sell my property (including 2 weeks cooling off) since I signed the contract. I do believe I was lucky to have a serious buyer in the first place but Jen and Will's knowledge of the market, solid understanding of her clients needs (both vendors and buyers), big database, hardworking (texted me at 11pm), and the efficiency of all their subcontractors make this process so smooth and fast.
