Our experience of selling our home through Louis Carr Real Estate (West Pennant Hills) was extraordinary. Jenny Carr was wonderful in keeping in contact with us, including always contacting us with updates after each open house and after making contact with potential buyers. She was always there for us and made us feel that we were important to her, that she really wanted to do an excellent job for us. Our contacts with William, although less frequent, were also extremely helpful. Our neighbours had purchased their home through Louis Carr Real Estate a few years ago, and strongly recommended them to us. I wish English was my first language to be able to express my appreciation better. Choosing Jennifer and Will was one of my best decisions. I listened to their advice to start with an off market attempt as they had serious buyers. This advice saved me at least $5000 marketing fee because they sold my townhouse at a record price with one inspection and one buyer. It took only 4 weeks to sell my property (including 2 weeks cooling off) since I signed the contract. I do believe I was lucky to have a serious buyer in the first place but Jen and Will's knowledge of the market, solid understanding of her clients needs (both vendors and buyers), big database, hardworking (texted me at 11pm), and the efficiency of all their subcontractors make this process so smooth and fast. Timing is a key. Without all those factors mentioned above, I might have missed a good buyer. A big thank you to Jennifer and William. You guys are amazing!
