I bought this property 35 years ago through Patrick Carr. At the time, the price was over our budget. Patrick negotiated a great deal for us. And as it turns out, it was a very good investment. When I met William and Jennifer, it was an easy decision to trust them with this sale. With only 3 and half weeks to prepare, William helped us to arrange painting, floor sanding & polishing, re-carpeting, new lighting, landscaping, bathroom & kitchen upgrades and staging. He took care of the marketing strategy and sales, and kept us informed through the entire process. His trade networks, problem solving skills, can-do attitude and willingness to help were invaluable. William’s estimate for our house was spot on. And he managed to secure us a sale at a very good price, before auction. Prompt, knowledgeable, a good listener with negotiating skills second to none. William works towards both the interest of buyer and seller. Who would have thought that we would buy the property from the father and sell it through his son?
