I bought this property 35 years ago through Patrick Carr. At the time, the price was over our budget. Patrick negotiated a great deal for us. And as it turns out, it was a very good investment. When I met William and Jennifer, it was an easy decision to trust them with this sale. With only 3 and half weeks to prepare, William helped us to arrange painting, floor sanding & polishing, re-carpeting, new lighting, landscaping, bathroom & kitchen upgrades and staging. He took care of the marketing strategy and sales, and kept us informed through the entire process. His trade networks, problem solving skills, can-do attitude and willingness to help were invaluable.
