One might think I’m being a bit dramatic to say “I have found the one”, but seriously, I have. I have found the 1 agent I can trust and rely on. I have been on the market for at least 6 months, and during this time I have met numerous agents. Hand on heart I have not met another like William. There’s a few things I really appreciated. 1. TOFU – Takes Ownership and Follow Up – you will be surprised how many agents don’t really care, and even worst, don’t even follow up or return calls. Straight up from day 1, William had been proactive in reaching out to understand my needs. Even though we’ve viewed a fair few houses together, and we’ve passed on a few great opportunities, William was persistent, but not pushy, in understand why we made the decisions, and eventually found the perfect place for us that just ticked all the boxes. He was also quick to respond for queries we had, and that continued even after we’ve signed the contract, which goes to show how reliable he is across the entire experience. 2. Sun Down Rule – One thing that’s quite frustrating often is agents don’t respond in a timely manner. Here, you can trust that William will get back to you within the day, or will at least drop you a note to acknowledge your query so you know things are being looked after. Simple act, but makes a huge difference to the overall experience, and just gives that little bit more re peace of mind. 3. Patience and understanding - while some might say that is part of an agent’s job, I personally thought the amount of times we have chatted, and the number of houses we have viewed through him shows that he actually have put in the time to listen and to understand your needs. He is also genuine in the conversations, and often gave very candid advises which we really appreciated. I have no hesitation to refer anyone to William, and Louis Carr/ William will certainly be my families’ go-to for the decades to come. Yes, I have found the 1 agent I can trust and rely on!
