Just a quick shout out for William Carr's services re the sale of my property in Coonara Ave, West Pennant Hills, NSW, 2125. I have bought and sold a number of properties and at one stage have even been a real estate agent myself. This time I was a seller from overseas - (thanks to the virus), and what possibly could have been difficult turned out to be anything but. I found communication "on the level" was great with William - (no BS) - and attention to getting things done (on my behalf being over seas) was both timely and value added. This is the second home that Jennifer Carr has sold for us and this current sale a more difficult situation because of the elite status of the home and selling through COVID19.
