Great to deal with
I would recommend George as he was the only agent of three companies we approached that bothered to explain in detail what to expect when selling our home. He gave details of the process and the market backed up with historical evidence. He did what he said he would do, provided feedback at every opportunity keeping us in the loop. Always arrived ontime with a smile on his face. George is a very genuine man and conducts himself very well.

Excellent agent!
We met George when we were looking to buy our first home. We were delighted with the level of service he delivered from the day we met him. When most other agents we met during our house hunt was not even following up, George was in touch to find out if we are interested and to provide us with the information necessary to progress the offer. Brilliant experience!!!
Bijan was a pleasure to deal with. We were in contact over the last 18months as I contemplated selling my first home! Bijan never pestered me like other agents, he simply kept me informed with market updates from time to time and I felt that he had a genuinely honest approach. Professional, friendly and top-notch
Bijan is one of the most professional real estate agent that I have done business with. He knows what he is doing, does not talk too much unnecessarily and is direct to the point. He is multilingual which helps immensely in today's market. He is one of the few agents that I have seen who is not intimidating to the seller nor the buyer. Hence, as a seller, you are not forced to sell the house for below average prices. The team also has wonderful stylists and their minor suggestions prior to first inspection made significant differences to the outcome. Without any second thoughts, I will recommend him to all my family and friends.
