Great to work with
Bijan was to terrific to work with. Upon our first meeting; I felt he would be easy to communicate and deal with and was friendly. He listened well to my reasons of purchasing a property. On the day of auction, I was unable to attend. However I had spoken to Bijan, that my wife would be there and if he could assist her bidding on the property. My wife felt at ease in the bidding process with the assistance that I had requested from Bijan. Bijan kept me updated about other properties and the property that was finally purchased. Honest and professional. Excellent Agent
A highly efficient and honest agent. Bijan is a very experienced and professional agent. He was able to answer almost all the questions I had regarding house conditions and fixing some minor problems as the house is already in very good condition for the age. Overall a very helpful angent that will definitely recommend.

BIJAN talks fact and explains the intangibles VERY WELL!!
I inspected the house on Wednesday and just after 3 days I bought the house in auction on Saturday. This is a surprisingly short timeline, as normally you need require good amount of research before you settle down for a bid. I was looking for a property for more than 3 months in that area, and saw the market was soaring higher and higher day by day. In that period I interacted with lots of agents during inspections, where I found most of them were less informed/prepared about the property. And for some esteemed ones in the market, they tend to exaggerate the property presentation way too much. Every question I ask, most of them would say, "I need to check, or will come back later over call or email". However, with Bijan he had his facts right, provided me accurate information about the property and the trends of inspection for the property in the last month. In exact terms Bijan was very true and he tried selling an old but well maintained house by simply saying "Yes this is old, but will go ages", which is not the case with many agents, where they will try not to tell you even the year of build during inspection (not sure why try to hide this :-)). The trends he projected came correct during auction and now after I have moved in and started living, I can assess the quality of the build of the house myself. It was Bijan's caliber and rational explanation to the intangible's of the property which extensively guided me to go for the Auction in just 3 days time. Thank you Bijan for being true!! I highly recommend Bijan, a warm and pleasing personality with excellent communication skills, to all property buyers and sellers.
