The commission is low and the service is high !

Listing our property with Michael at Lowest Commission was the best decision we could have made. The commission is low, but the service is high. Don't waste your valuable time and money with anyone else. After selling 6 individual properties over 35 years, I have never had a more professional and thorough agent. Very friendly and knowledgeable

Worked for their commission and kept me updated on open houses and interested buyers. Let me know how Builders and Pest Inspections went. Kept me informed all the way. Sold the unit time efficiently and were available for advice and gave advice regularly. Very happy with their performance and highly recommended. And of course lowest commission ever.

Highly Recommend Lowest Commission

Michael and his team were fantastic from start to finish - they took care of everything ! Other agents commissions were ridiculous and we felt we received better service and even a higher sale price with Michael as other agents quoted us lower at the start. Highly recommend Lowest Commission when selling.
