The two standout qualities of Kathleen and her team were communication and availability. I was always kept in the loop with everything happening during my sale campaign. I was never left in the dark nor did I have to initiate/ follow up the communication. In addition, I felt exceptionally welcome to contact Kathleen in person; without any phone dodging games. If I had any questions about the sale process or just wanted to chat ‘house’ I felt reassured I could pick up the phone and speak to herself or someone in her wonderful team at any time.
