The Luck of the Irish! When interest rates jumped and so did our hearts, it was Stephen who calmly reminded us that the right person will find us, just as we were searching for them. ‘Hold your nerve!’ An integral part of the BIWR team, he is the ‘safe pair of hands’, the Check and Balance..equally focused on the small stuff.. like dropping boxes to us! But the stuff that matters most? We got the price we wanted and the right family to take our beloved home of 17 years. Yay Fantastic Four.

If you want something done, ask a busy person! Even the cleaner who prepared the house for photos said she is the best in the business and he was right. Kathleen’s local knowledge and reputation is why we choose her but we were amazed by the fact that she made time for the little stuff too, like meals when we got sick, packing boxes and regular check-ins. But the stuff that matters most?..We got the price we wanted and the right family to take our beloved home of 17 years. Yay Kathleen!

As a local buyers agent we are fortunate to work with numerous selling agents when representing our buyers through a property acquisition. Kathleen and her team have been absolute stand outs during a recent purchase for our local clients. Collectively they displayed professionalism, superior client engagement, communication and overall commitment to all parties. The complete process has been exceptional.

I’ve sold with Kathleen twice in the last year and she and her team are excellent at what they do. Kathleen’s knowledge, understanding and confidence have given me the ability to “hand over” my seller’s stress and let her and the team do what they do best. Kathleen and the team are organised, have excellent communication and guide the seller throughout the entire experience. In both instances, Kathleen has sold each property within a week and surpassed our expectations.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Kathleen right from our very first consultation through to the sale of our property. We value honesty, authenticity and professionalism, and Kathleen possesses all of these traits. Kathleen’s experience, communication skills and knowledge of the market resulted in a great sale that we are extremely happy with.

Kathleen was fantastic throughout the entire process, extremely responsive and also very calming for what can be a rather stressful experience. She is professional and really went the extra mile to make us feel welcome in The Gap community and also connect us with many services which she wasn’t required to do. The entire team are very supportive and I’d feel comfortable utilising them again in the future.

Would we recommend Kathleen Luck and the Brisbane Inner West Realty Team? Yes and let me spell out why. It's the T.E.A.M. Hi I'm Dr Liz. A job change necessitated an interstate move. We bought and then needed to sell the same house within four months. Talk about stressful, but let's not start there. T - Trust Let’s start with Kathleen. Her years of integrity meant she knew someone who would love the house. It sold in six days, to everyone’s delight. Results like this only happen because of well-earned reputational trust. E - Energy After looking around the house and knowing it was for us, a classic dance song came on. We busted a dance move and then… Kathleen and Jules joined in. This is not your average team. They have energy. A - Accountability Calls, texts, questions - everything is answered quickly and with genuine enthusiasm. They keep everyone informed and they keep their word, over and over. M - Mastery I’m a professional and I like working with professionals. Their marketing caught our attention and their skill at managing every stage of the real estate journey was all pro. You can relax knowing you are in the care of real estate masters.

I would not hesitate to recommend Kathleen. Her and her team are local and very hard working agents. Communication, from start to finish, is professional, open, regular and efficient using all modern resources available to them. Respond in a timely manner following a query and accommodating of requests when it is possible to do so.

Kathleen definitely has her finger on the pulse when it comes to the Real Estate market. We found her incredibly knowledgeable, as well as professional. She was very honest with us throughout our sale process, ensuring that we were always informed. Because of this we felt very confident that we had picked the right agent to represent us, and wish her and the BIWR team all the best.

We found Stephen to be a great help throughout our campaign. He helped with getting the place ready for sale, including getting rid of rubbish and buying an oven when we were unable to! Because of his background in civil construction he was also able to walk through potential buyers who wanted more information on the house.
