For me Natalie brought a real sense of energy and freshness to the whole process. She was always ahead of the game, super responsive, and somehow managed to keep things both professional and genuinely fun. Nothing was ever too hard, and her ability to keep things light while getting things done made a big difference for me. I really appreciated Natalie's style – sharp, funny, and great to work with. Highly recommend.

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Kathleen since early 2024, and I’m incredibly grateful to be learning from her. Most recently, I had the honour of working with Kathleen on a deeply personal sale - my late father’s home. Kathleen not only guided us with compassion, but she also achieved a street record and an exceptional result. It was an emotional sale, and having her lead it with such dedication made all the difference. She is more than an agent - she's a true seller's advocate!

Kathleen, Natalie and Marie worked very hard to help us present, market and ultimately sell our home. You certainly feel that there is a whole team behind the scenes working toward the common goal. Market knowledge and experience are critical, and Kathleen has masses of both.

Kathleen & her team were wonderful throughout this whole experience. Our property was our family home for 46 years & a deceased estate. Kathleen was professional, caring & understanding of our requirements during the process & ultimately got the result we were hoping for. Kathleen & her teams communication was consistently informative & first class. It is also very noteworthy the amount of out of hours work Kathleen took on to achieve the result. I highly recommend Kathleen & her Team!

We had such a great experience working with Natalie. She made the process so seamless for us as first home buyers, keeping us informed every step of the way which was beyond appreciated. Despite us having a very busy week and feeling like we were unable to go to the property to put the sold sticker on. Nat made sure that we didn’t miss the opportunity and took time out of her Friday night to make it happen. We had lots of laughs and it was a very special and exciting moment we are grateful for!
