Brent was nothing less than professional, pleasant and a delight to do business with
Brent was most accommodating in regards to organising an inspection for us to come and see the property, on a public holiday no less. On arrival Brent was very welcoming, very friendly, and very knowledgeable not only in regards to the house, but also local residential/ land sales, the local community, and the many lovely attractions of Kingscliff and surrounding areas. He was a wealth of information. We had a leisurely look through the property, whereby Brent took his time to show us every aspect thoroughly. We then called about an hour after leaving to negotiate a deal! Over the following couple of days contracts were signed & exchanged very efficiently. In short, Brent was nothing less than professional, pleasant and a delight to do business with. Thank you Brent & team for making our coastal dream a reality.

Brent was professional and personal which made the process a lot more enjoyable & comfortable
From day one Brent brought a real professionalism to the process of selling our house but he also brought a real personal touch to everything he did as well which made the whole process a lot more enjoyable and comfortable. Brent maintained a superb level of communication throughout the process and always kept us in the loop no matter how small the detail. I couldn't recommend Brent and LS properties enough and if I ever sell again then I would not hesitate to use them again.

Good communication and problem solving
Lorna was very patient and thorough whilst providing a virtual tour of the property. She communicated well with us regarding our offer and was very responsive and helpful in regard to all our requirements. Lorna played a key role in arriving at a very satisfactory and simplified solution to meet both ours and the vendors’ needs in a fairly complicated negotiation. She personally went above and beyond what would normally be expected.

Above and beyond experience for our commercial property !
From the beginning to the end Brent's expertise , attention to detail and follow up was spot on. He has a natural flair to capture the most positive aspects of your property and bring them forward to give you the best presentation possible . We had a commercial property and his enthusiasm and commitment from the first meeting gave us confidence that we were in good hands.
