Tenacious professional commitment delivers 100% on our job
The decision to sell our dearly loved beachfront home in Casuarina was a tough one, entrusting LS property with the job was not. From day one, Lorna, Kristy and Brent demonstrated a 100% professional commitment to selling our property & this commitment did not wane until the job was done. Whilst the campaign was made more difficult by multiple COVID border closures at no time did LS property attempt to make excuses for external impacts, effecting their performance or suggest an easier pathway, via extravagant discounting, to achieve a sale. We were absolutely delighted by the win/win outcome that was negotiated and sincerely appreciative to have enjoyed a really positive real estate agent experience. As they say "the proof of the pudding is in the eating" and following the sale of our property we cannot more strongly recommend Lorna and her team to get the job done in the right way!

Professional, Knowledgeable and Lovely
Lorna is an expert in the Casuarina property market due to her extensive experience working and living in the area. She clearly communicates updates and the use of WhatsApp makes 2 way communication very easy. Her handling of the sale during difficult times on multiple fronts was impressive. Kristy is also a great asset to the team with her attention to detail and easy communication style. Settlement time was longer than expected but we made it work.

Sale of Father’s residence
Initially, my brother and I engaged Brent to sell my Father’s residence as we required the funds to lodge a deposit with the Residential Aged Care Facility that he had moved to, as he could no longer live independently. We discussed our requirements with Brent and another agent. My brother and I both agreed that Brent’s approach and knowledge of the local market was superior. Sadly, before the property was listed, my Father passed away and the sale was delayed while Probate was granted for my Father’s will. Brent’s patience, advice and assistance were invaluable through the sales process. The result was a sale price over 20% higher than our expectations. The staff at LS Properties were equally professional and helpful. I have re-engaged Brent to sell my own property which is next door to where my father lived.
