Peace of mind
Absolutely amazed by how fast Emma Racky and Lucas Real Estate was able to find new tenants for my property. I’ve been hearing about the large amount of vacancies around Melbourne and was really worried I would experience the same issue. Amazingly Emma was able to find a new tenant within a few weeks of vacancy and it has really put my mind at ease. Thanks for the amazing service Emma!

Great service
Lucas RE have been attending to the letting and servicing my investment properties for the past 11 years. Over that time I found them knowledgeable responsible and caring. Every time we have had a tenant vacate they were quick to respond and in so doing there has been very little vacancy time. Besides which they ensure the good condition is maintained at all times. I recommend them as your letting agent any time.
