Professional advice and helpful
My tenant's lease was ending and I obtained proper and professional advice on rental rate that I can command for my unit during a downturn of rental properties where supply is.more than demand..With that my property manager Emma Racky was able to secure a new tenant immediately to minimise the duration of my unit being vacant. The check on making sure my unit is properly inspected when the tenant handed back my unit was managed well, and Emma was helpful and resourceful in providing solutions to maintain.my property in the future..

Dylan and the rental team at Lucas are the best in the Melbourne.
