Active and hard-working property manager
The actions of Lucas Real Estate property management during the covid-19 period was first rate. They dealt with and advised us, as landlord, regularly and calmly. We were prepared to lose rent payments for the months of April and May, but to our great releif no rent rent was lost. The sitting tenant was removed seamlessly and a new tenant found very quickly. We are very pleased with Lucas Realty and highly recommend them! John and Rosemary

Strived to deliver the best outcome in these uncertain times
The team were great at handling the difficult real-estate climate that we're currently in. Emma and the team were dedicated to the task and provided continuous updates and recommendations (to try and get a new tenant). Obviously, there was a potential hit to revenue, but a tenanted property is better than an empty one.
