I'm not a big fan of Real Estate Agents. Experience over many years has proven (to me) that they over promise and under deliver. From initial contact with Thomas, he came across as honest and having intent to deliver what he promised. He was timely in all his follow up, kept us in the loop with all communication, made some good recommendations (e.g. staging our property) and ultimately achieved a sale price very close to our expectations and within his promised price band.

Tom was available always throughout the settlement process and was very helpful in clarifying the questions I had. Best part was the support I have received after the settlement. As a first home buyer I was very nervous and had so many questions. Tom was there always to take my call or text weekends, after hours. He was very patient and gave his honest opinion. Thanks Tom
