Good choice of agent.
Tom worked very hard to ensure a sale. He was in constant communication and at no stage did he talk down the property/market to hurry the process. We appreciated his professional approach and the initiative shown in the sale process. He did the seemingly impossible of fairly representing both buyer and seller. Tom represents a very good company very well.

Professional Agent!
Congratulations Thomas on your sale result! Well done! At start, I wasn't comfortable to let LUCAS selling my property this year (2018) from my experience 2017. However my mind was completely subverted by Thomas's positive energy and his communication and negotiation skills. Obviously if an honest communication can convince an owner then the same communication skill will be able to grab a buyer. I think this is most important skills for a salesman. My property hasn't got a right offer for months but Thomas sold it only 11 days! Thomas doesn't push, but very patient. He is friendly and open. He is definitely a hard worker and a good negotiator as well. I would recommend owners to see Thomas. I wish Thomas to be reward as a best agent in the near future!

Sale of Docklands Pproperty
I believe, when selling a property the most important decision is the choice of an agent. Professional advise in setting realistic pricing, presentation and marketing will take away much of the stress. I would highly recommend Thomas Tregonning to Vendors and purchasers as he has excellent communication skills and knowledge and I felt at all times he was honest with his opinions and guidance.
