Lots of agents would tell you they are happy to help (we met lots of them during the years), but Ben would actually be there, like he said he would, on the phone or email, weekends or after hours - with advice he can back up with hard facts and data. When it was finally time for us to sell our place, Ben & Tracey had really gone out of their way to accommodate our circumstances (young children, needing to work around school times, no support network). I contacted Ben as he had shown me some properties about 10 years ago and I was impressed with his professionalism then, so it was a no brainer to contact him again when I was thinking of selling my current property. Once again, he was extremely professional and well versed on the property market of Dunlop. He gave me a valuation, which was less than what I wanted however the property sold after the first open home for the amount that he had valued it at. He was always thorough and explained every step of the way which made me feel comfortable with the way things were progressing and was always available when I had questions.

I've dealt with a few agents when buying or selling property and Ben is up there amongst the best. He went out of his way at every stage of the process to make the property as presentable as possible, visiting it multiple times with contractors to have items fixed and get the property in the best possible state for sale. The end result was a sale price more than what we were expecting. We couldn't be happier with the result and can't rate Ben highly enough.
