Wonderful agent!

Efficient, professional and proactive
We were delighted by the speedy results that Ben achieved, selling the house for a great price during a falling and increasingly complex market. I was deeply impressed by Ben's efficiency and hard work. His customer service skills were outstanding. He communicated all the key matters effectively and promptly. The circumstances that my family was in were stressful as there were over 30 years of memories relating to the home. It was hard to set those memories aside and make improvements to the property. However, Ben's advice was tactful but informative, allowing me to reach my own conclusions of how different options might affect the likely outcomes. I was particularly impressed by the beautiful and well-drafted sales materials. It was very kind of Ben to find a day when conditions were such that the house could be photographed at its very best. I also appreciated Ben's work in liaising with other professionals, such as handymen, stylists and building inspectors. I will definitely recommend Ben to others.

Extremely happy Family

Down to earth, competent and capable
I am not readily impressed by people who you pay to deliver a service - that is their job. Ben impressed me. He developed a sound and effective strategy that met our expectations despite the rapidly changing (deteriorating) market. What most impressed me was his direct and forthright approach and the obvious effort that he and his partner put into the sale. His advice to us, based on his extensive experience, and accepted by us based on our confidence in his abilities and integrity, led us to make sound decisions that saw a very successful outcome. I highly recommend Ben to anyone who wants to deal with a ‘real person’ and get real results. No-nonsense, sensible, practical, and ultimately effective.

Compassionate and knowledgeable
