About this property
Buyer's review
Wonderful
Ben was wonderful to work with to buy our new home. He was understanding, knowledgable and transparent. He offered guidance when needed and stood back when necessary; a very intuitive agent. He also followed up regularly without being pushy. I enjoyed working with Ben and would do so again, and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
Seller's review
Quick, Easy and handled Professionally
Ben & Tracey were very easy to deal with, on initial meeting and inspection of the property they were very thorough in identifying items that required rectification prior to going onto the market. Ben kept us up to date all the way through and was easily contactable when and if we had any questions. The fact they had maintenance people available for our use made it so much easier to bring it up to scratch and get it on the market quickly. We found that they too were very efficient and cost effective.
