I felt the detailed knowledge of the market in the Kingston precinct was lacking to some degree as they provided a valuation well above our final selling price. Nevertheless, they did work hard to eventually bring the buyers to a price, possibly a little above what they wanted to pay, but below the expectations initially provided.
