Nader was the person that Mark and I mostly dealt with and he was always respectful and polite. Nader gave advice as necessary and updates regularly without being imposing. He had a good grasp of the current market and was realistic about the sale. He assisted and supported us with any outstanding issues which was quite a challenge in the current Covid environment. I would recommend Nader and Rahi to anyone looking to sell their home in Canberra.

Prior to engaging Rahi and Nader we hadn't had very good encounters with other agents. Now we wouldn't go anywhere else, they went above and beyond what we expected. The process of selling was a lot easier than first thought, they had great market knowledge and they responded promptly to our questions. They walked us though the process, provided regular updates to inspection results, organised the house to be staged and achieved an auction result above the reserve sale price! From the moment we met Rahi and Nader, we knew that the sale our of home was in excellent and capable hands. They guided us through the process, answering all of our questions and concerns very clearly. Their advice was absolutely spot-on! They really do care about getting the best sale price for our property, but also on a human level. I seriously hurt my back one day when were we packing and moving our belongings into the rented truck, which put me out of action for 3 weeks (couldn't have happened at a worse time!), but Rahi and Nader were very generous and concerned for my health - something that really touched me, and caused me to think that there actually are people out there that care for the health of others besides their own. Thank you Rahi & Nader To be honest, we did consider selling our home ourselves, but seriously, with all the other goings-on related to moving house, legal, etc, Rahi & Nader's agents fee is worth every penny for the peace of mind that it afforded my wife and I. Money well spent!

This was our first Auction ever and Mina had a wealth of knowledge about the property and market and if she didn’t know the answer to a question she would find out from the source. It started out pretty calmly, backwards and forwards to the vendor through Mina. Towards the end of the exchange it got very stressful and things where moving really fast but Mina helped steady the ship and get the result over the line. They then travelled to meet half way to sign the paperwork.

Kelsey was extremely approachable and understanding of our needs during the whole selling process. Her experience and knowledge of the property market was of a very high standard. Kelseys communication skills were above and beyond what I expected, with Kelsey contacting us regularly to provide us with updates with everything that was going on.
