Just Excellent
We had a wonderful experience with Peter. The market at the time was not the easiest, as it has been for a few years. Peter guided us through the process of selling our house by giving us information so we could make informed decisions. I could completely trust his advice and never once felt ‘the crunch’ to accept an offer. Always professional and friendly. I thoroughly recommend Peter and Luv and co.

Fantastic experience
Fiona has an abundance of experience in Brisbane and north Gold Coast areas. In preparation for the sale, we got together to discuss the strategy and why she recommended certain approaches. She was then open to further communications and alternative views. This gave confidence that we both wanted to the same successful outcome. Pleasant and practical
Paul seemed on the ball and was always a pleasure to deal with. He offered some excellent practical advice on where to bother spending our time and efforts with final renovations to make the most of the sale. His advice was spot on and the house presented very well and sold right away at a price ‘you could never get in Woodridge’. I’d absolutely recommend and work with Luv & Co again.

Very Satisfied with help provided

Peter made buying my first home a breeze which in this crazy market was no easy feat! Peter and his team were professional and personal. Never made me feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making my offer to moving in and all in rather quick settlement time frame.
