We looked around quite a bit for an apartment, and met many real estate agents along the way. Many of them felt as if they were witholding information or presenting things in warped manner. Peter, was completely different. He was fully transparent the whole time, which was a massive contributing factor in building my confidence to buy. I knew he was there to represent the seller, that’s his job after all. But there were many occasions where he really worked for myself as the buyer, convincing the owners (previous owners now) of our limitations. He is always available over the phone. On top of it all he is genuinely kind and cares. Great guy, I’d recommend him to anyone in need.

Peter was a pleasure to deal with. Every decision we made was ours - with market knowledge input from Peter. Peter did not pressure us one way or another... he simply offered advice, opinions, answered our questions honestly and then allowed us to decide what was best for us. This was my first experience selling a house and I can't believe how stress free it was. I have a demanding job so had very little free time and Fiona took care of everything from cleaning the yard and house to removing unwanted furniture. Fiona always kept me in the loop and while other houses are still for sale in my area, my house was sold within two months. I would happily recommend Fiona to anyone whether buying or selling.
