We received presentations from three agents. Belle Property South Hurstville was the middle agent in terms of sale price estimate and commission percentage. We chose Belle Property because we thought their price estimate was realistic and they proposed a good marketing campaign. We found Maurice to be very communicative throughout the process and he did not try to push our expectations down. The final result exceeded our expectations.
