His accomplishments extend beyond his professional sphere. He is a devoted family man, married for 48 years, a father to five, and a grandfather to nine. His commitment to family is matched by his dedication to the community. As a member and former president of the Bentleigh Moorabbin Central Rotary Club, Tim has been instrumental in supporting numerous charities, including the Fred Hollows Foundation and Calvary Care. Tim holds a black belt in Judo, was the youngest person to win a black belt at the time, and is a three-time Victorian champion. His pursuit of knowledge led him to learn Italian and Mandarin and embark on a speaking tour in Guangzhou, China. A saxophone player and an avid gardener, Tim’s hobbies reflect his multifaceted personality.

Kieran Lynch - Real Estate - Works for Everyone

I rented from Kieran for years and then brought my place through Kieran i then sold my place through Kieran. As a tenant all of the staff were helpful, had great communication as tenant. I then brought my apartment through Kieran, and the process was smooth and easy. I then sold my place through Kieran who worked very hard for me to get the price i needed. I would highly recommended Kieran's Real Estate if your looking to rent sell or buy!

Good experience

We engaged Lynchs to sell our house earlier this year. Although the market was not very hot, they were able to secure a buyer not long after the auction failed to sell. Overall pleased.
