It was our first time renting a property and our experience has been awful. At first, communication with the agency was satisfactory, but after a week it was just terrible. We were promised that the house would be clean yet within the first two weeks, we have seen more insects than the number of days we have lived at the property, the house was filled with an unhealthy amount of dust/grime, and we experienced many issues with utilities which we brought up with the agency and they have not helped at all. We were promised that one of the issues would at least be brought up with the landlord but never received any follow up and all other emails eventually received no response. We have never lived in a house that has brought up so many problems within the first two weeks and it is disappointing that the agency is uncooperative. Least we expect is a response with some suggestions but we can't even get that.
