MRE has a very friendly knowledgeable supportive front line staff at reception and are willing to help in any way. I have had some problems from past Agencies, this 1 is very respectfully aware and culturally sensitive to indigenous clients.

The girls were fantastic at first, especially Chloe who was professional and polite. Once we moved in though we’ve had multiple problems and our PM hasn’t really been available to help. We’ve had to deal directly with the owners who turn up almost every day and we’ve not had use of one bedroom, half the living area and one shower for weeks with no compensation or even an apology. It’s so far been a very disappointing experience
